Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights here. The staff was affable and excellent and the rooms were new-fashioned. There was a lot of food for breakfast, including coffee, tea, and muffins. It was within 25 min drive or so from the airport. This hotel met requests in every way, strongly recommend.

Special. We appreciated the friendly service from the staff, who offered great recommendations. The cleanliness of our room could have been better, as there were a few areas that didn't seem thoroughly cleaned.

My room included a fridge, coffee/tea making facilities and a work desk. The breakfast included coffee, tea and muffins for everyone. The location was particularly good and marvellous, just 10 minutes walk from Old Falls Street.

My room faced the parking lot, limiting natural light and privacy, and I faced issues with the cleaning service throughout my visit. Great for those who value location and ambiance but could improve on room arrangements.

I enjoyed the convenience of the location. It was an easy walk to nearby attractions like the state park. The outdoor seating area was nice, and the limited menu had good options. I appreciated the modern look of the facility.

One of the rooms had a bad smell, and the front desk staff did not handle the situation well. The service at the new restaurant was slow and disorganized.

During our recent visit to see the beautiful Niagara Falls, our stay was quite pleasant overall. The front desk staff was accommodating, and the location made it easy to walk to local attractions like the Cave of the Winds and the Bird Kingdom. The room was clean and comfortable, which was a relief after a long drive. I was disappointed that our room wasn't cleaned throughout our 3-night stay, which was unexpected for the price we paid. Nonetheless, the convenience of the location and the comfortable room made our trip enjoyable.

Oh boy, the homemade cakes in the restaurant were a treat! The spot's super modern vibes and the excellent shower had us feeling like royalty. It's just a hop away from Niagara Falls State Park!

Now, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. The concierge had a stick up their you-know-what, and some passes just wouldn't activate-like, come on! Just a buzzkill. A little friendlier touch would've gone a long way.

Voco is a nice hotel! Our standard king room was very clean and everything worked perfectly. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the falls. We even saw some fireworks from our balcony! The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The room was really comfortable, with a cozy corner with a soft armchair perfect. I loved the sleek design of the bathroom, complete with designer toiletries and warm hooded robes. The super nice team and cute.
